La tesi doctoral presentada ha adoptat el sistema actual d’aplec d’articles científics per estructurar-ne el contingut, que són:

-Molecular phylogeny and evolution of floral characters of Artemisia and allies (Anthemideae, Compositae): evidence from nrDNA ETS and ITS sequences

-Temporal origins and diversification of Artemisia and allies (Anthemideae, Asteraceae)

-Southern isolation and northern long-distance dispersal shaped the phylogeography of the widespread, but highly disjunct European high mountain plant Artemisia eriantha (Anthemideae , Asteraceae)

-Glacial survival in and recent long-distance dispersal to the Iberian Mountains: phylogeographic history of Artemisia umbelliformis (Asteraceae) inferred from AFLP fingerprinting and cpDNA haplotypes
